Andrea leverages her passion and her experience, knowledge, and skills cultivated in her previous roles as Human Services Manager and Social Services Director for Minnesota Counties, and as the former CEO of The Arc Minnesota, to advance belonging and justice for people with disabilities at the organizational, state and national level. She has spent her life committed to doing this in a way that centers the lived experience of people with disabilities, incorporates their intersecting identities, honors the whole person, emphasizes co-creation and engages communities. Andrea’s focus is on organizational and system transformation, communications and reframing narratives, community building, and developing policies and supports that incorporate the wisdom, strength, capacity, and abundance that people with disabilities have and ensure the self-efficacy, tools and resources needed to create and sustain successful life outcomes.

Kelly Harder, MSW, with over 30 years in the Human Services industry, is a renowned executive known for his national leadership and deep sector knowledge. Starting as a social worker, he's held various leadership roles, consulting for government and nonprofits, and driving business development and strategic planning toward improved outcomes for top organizations. Passionate about advancing the field through innovation, research, and client-centered advocacy, Kelly champions evidence-based & informed practices and collaboration. He is particularly focused on aligning technology with human services needs to enhance delivery and efficiency. As a managing partner of Skifte, he continues to lead and inspire, expanding the organization's impact and setting standards in human services.
