Our team is composed of seasoned professionals, including former human services directors, managers, policy and planning specialists, social workers, and consultants, all dedicated to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of human services.
Key engagements have included comprehensive technical assistance and policy development for the Minnesota Department of Human Services, strategic planning initiatives for Ramsey, Dakota, Steele, and Blue Earth counties, and the design and implementation of innovative service delivery models for non-profits focused on disability justice and juvenile justice. These projects highlight our ability to apply specialized analytical frameworks leverage human-centered design principles, such as System-Centered Design, Framing Science, Strategic Planning, Change Management and cost-Benefit Analysis, to drive meaningful change.
